Job Description:

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Great opportunity to join the UK Digital Delivery team which is the gateway for all business wide digital projects and briefs, consistently receiving c150 per month.
They manage the digital resource and budget planning in order to meet SLAs and hit the requirements.
You’ll be the key contact for all briefs for a number of streams for Clinics, also flexible to work on other areas according to fluctuating demand.
You’ll advise, manage and deliver the briefs end to end.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You’ll be hands on across project work in your squad, involved in every stage of a user centred design process from Discovery to Launch.
  • You’ll provide direction and set the standard for user experience across products and services at Bupa to improve the customer experience.
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of designers and developers to deliver high quality briefs/projects on time and within budget.
  • Use Agile and Scrum methodologies to facilitate efficient project delivery and improve team productivity.
  • Conduct regular planning, stand up meetings, reviews and retrospectives to ensure clear communication and alignment within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project/brief requirements, scope and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery and performance.
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor progress, track KPIs and report on status to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance team efficiency, collaboration and performance
  • Work closely with key stakeholders / product owners from Clinics to prioritise the inflow of requirements and the overall backlog of briefs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of briefs ensuring seamless collaboration between various team members and driving the team towards achieving project milestones - discovery, content build, MMS approvals, UAT, go live and post go live checks.
  • Ensure adherence to the digital briefing, delivery and approval processes.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Delivery, Head of UX, Transformation Delivery Manager to utilise resource and skills across the squad.
