12 Month Internship - Transaction Banking Services Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client relationship management, both internal and external (across departments)
• Customer Account Management – balance and facility monitoring, payment authorisations
• To act as the principal interface between the Account / Relationship Managers and the various Operational Departments
• To establish a strong relationship with allocated clients on a day to day operational basis
• To add value to the client relationship by identifying solutions in order to provide a sustained quality of service.
• Ad hoc initiatives requested by Team Leader and Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in processing our participation into Supply Chain Finance Programs / Offers (Receivables and Supply Chain Finance solutions, Cash Management)
• Review the Master Risk Participation Agreement
• Review offer and acceptance for specific funding request (uncommitted)
• Review spreadsheet with list of payment undertaking (receivables)
• Liaise with Platforms to book in BO systems
• Liaise with Transaction Banking Middle Office where necessary
• Review post funding flows and Nostro breaks
