REQUIREMENTS

• knowledge of Office Suite;
• knowledge of no-code/low-code development;
• fluent in English;
• experience of 2/3 years in an analogue role, gained in consultancy or in the company;
• curiosity and desire to know, to update and innovate;
• tech enthusiast.

ROLE

The Functional Analyst reports to the SMG Manager and is responsible for the analysis and implementation of application solutions compatible with the Foundation’s systems, aimed at addressing the functional needs of both operators and end users, as well as optimizing and innovating cross-departmental processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Functional Analyst will support the SMG Office, with:

• analysis and definition of requirements to optimise business processes;
• propose technical solutions, services and software to facilitate the digitisation of CMCC;
• support end-users in adopting and using the most modern technologies and applications available;
• support the smooth running of the projects for the scheduled deadlines;
• interface and coordinate with external partners and third parties;
