ABOUT THE JOB

Sigma Defense is hiring a Senior Surface Warfare Analyst in San Diego, CA, seeking a former Surface Warfare Officer with a minimum of 12 years of experience. The role involves supporting the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) Team to enhance warfighting readiness and increase tactical proficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing surface ship tactical readiness and operational capability, contributing directly to warfare training enhancement. Candidates must hold an active DoD issued Secret security clearance and possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, with a Master’s Degree preferred. The ideal candidate would have Warfare Tactics Officer (WTI) qualification, experience in the acquisition community or with the Government’s POM process, and exposure to the Navy’s FLEX program.
