Description:
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
Salary: $1000 - $1,200
Responsibilities:
- Keeping physical and digital files organized for easy access and retrieval.
- Managing calendars for executives and other staff, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and email, including drafting and responding to routine correspondence.
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries.
- Facilitating communication between departments and ensuring information is relayed accurately.
- Assisting executives and other staff with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, memos, and documents.
- Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinating travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient with Asana
- Proficient with Email tools
- Good communication skills
