  • Full understanding of how the role contributes to the success of the store, with a strong focus on quality control.

Responsibilities:

Black Star Pastry is thriving, having just moved into our new, purpose built Kitchen HQ in Alexandria, and we’re also preparing for an exciting period of growth. Our team of masterful Pastry professionals is looking to fill two vacancies - one for a Chef de Partie to lead our Savoury section, and the other for a Savoury Chef work alongside them producing our beautiful savoury offerings.
These are full-time opportunities suited to chefs experienced in a production kitchen environment.
