- Technical education (Degree in Engineering or comparable) required
- Relevant technical knowledge preferred in Mechatronics, Robotics / Automation, Big Data, Electronics
- Knowledge in defining process equipment & technologies
- Product design knowledge a plus
- Knowledge in Six Sigma and Quality Management Tools
- Microsoft Office product knowledge required
- CAD/Solidworks knowledge required
