The Marketing Development Program targets motivated, highly collaborative problem-solvers who are eager to join a fast-paced marketing team and join the next generation of leaders of Lutron. Independent, proactive thinkers with strong communications skills will find a rewarding program designed to support their professional growth and self-discovery through a combination of in-class learning, on-the-job training, in-field customer interactions, and marketing project work. At the end of the 6-month development program curriculum, you will transition to your full-time role on one of our high-performing marketing or communications teams.
Marketing opportunities are located in the Lehigh Valley, PA and in Conshohocken, PA.
Responsibilities:

During and at the conclusion of the development program, you will have the opportunity to:

• Analyze, optimize and improve impact of audience-targeted marketing plans
• Manage cross-functional team projects in support of all facets of the marketing plan
• Build strong, productive relationships across the organization
• Play a key role in discovering consumer insights and translating them into innovative solutions
• Rigorously establish KPIs and apply data analysis to measure and improve performance
• Develop as a leader and marketing professional, with coaching and support from a seasoned marketing leadership team
• Deliver world class marketing materials and customer experiences to effectively communicate brand, channel, or product messaging to target customers

Qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• A minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 is required
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, sometimes with little or no notice
