Spotify is looking for enthusiastic students with a passion for music and an ambition to go far. This isn’t just any internship! Our paid internship program will give you the chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it’s like to be a Spotify employee as well as get the opportunity to see the business side of a fast growing company! Our summer internships will last for approx. 10 weeks this summer and start in the beginning of June 2024.

We are looking for a Partnerships Intern to join our Partner Propositions team. In this role, you’ll work on expanding the portfolio of offerings and the propositions toolkit available to use to secure prospective partners relevant to Spotify’s growth. You’ll play an important part in defining and delivering on our global partner strategy and priorities. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Partnerships team in the development of the proposition portfolio; with projects at all different stages requiring different skills
  • Work closely with Business Development teams across multiple regions to digest partner feedback and identify opportunities for growth with next steps
  • Ideate on and explore opportunities or developments for new partnership models, valuable additions or plans for the partner landscape
  • Run validation exercises with the Partner Propositions team on new work streams
  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional work streams to drive proposition readiness.
  • Work across numerous support teams (Legal, Licensing, Finance, Accounting, Tax, etc)

Who You Are

  • You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing or related field
  • You have a graduation year date of 2024 or 2025
  • You currently have valid work authorization to work in the country in which this role is based that will extend from June to August 2024
  • You are available from June to August 2024 to participate in the summer internship
  • You are a highly self-motivated individual
  • You are business minded and have worked on one or more commercially focused projects at University
  • You have a knowledge, interest in and passion for learning about the global music landscape and business, various genres and sub-genres, music history, key players, artists, and where short, a quick solution on where to find trusted information
  • You have a consistent track record of collaborating with others
