JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess a bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or

related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant

experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with

employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS Software and Microsoft office or google.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
