JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or
related field.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant
experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects.
- Proficiency in using HRIS Software and Microsoft office or google.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:
