This survey is for those currently employed as a Registrar or SHO with Capital and Coast, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa Districts, or will be during run 2 2024 (28 July - 2024 - 26 January 2025). House Officers have a different Survey to complete.In order to help us determine the numbers for new RMOs to appoint, we need an indication from our current RMOs of your intentions for next year, including what speciality preferences you have.

- The 2025 intentions survey for Registrars / SHOs is being implemented through our applicant tracking system. Please use your personal email address to login when asked. You may need to reset your password.You will be asked to upload an updated current CV - this is not compulsory, however will be very helpful for our Services if it has been a while since you’ve provided one.
