ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU. YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

  • No previous experience is required. Internships with accounting or finance exposure, or part-time positions in customer-service, retail and hospitality are beneficial.

  • Currently completing a bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another relevant major e.g. Data - Analytics, Coding, Engineering, Law, Sciences.

  • An analytical mind, detail-oriented, with a passion for quantitative and qualitative analysis.

  • An adaptable and driven attitude – you understand what it’s like to overcome obstacles through tenacity and hard work. You are meticulous with processes and inquisitive to solve problems.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team to deliver high quality commercial, financial and strategic advisory outcomes to clients seeking to navigate complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing transactions. As an Analyst, you will be a core part of the team leveraging your analytical skills to provide insightful and robust analysis and will have direct client contact.
Our Transactions team is a highly skilled group offering comprehensive support in M&A advisory, financial due diligence, ESG due diligence, debt advisory, valuation and modelling.
The team is spread nationally, and they deliver services to all industries and across a wide variety of client types, ranging from corporate and financial investors, individuals, through to private and listed companies.
