Description:
Join our team as a 2nd Engineer (2/E) on an offshore Seismic/Research Vessel operating worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all machinery and equipment onboard.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Supervise and train engine room personnel.
- Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance and repair work.
Requirements:
- STCW III/2 license.
- Previous experience as a 2nd Engineer on offshore vessels.
- Strong technical knowledge of vessel machinery and systems.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
