We are currently working with an industry leading MSP near Bristol who are looking for the newest member of their award winning and ever growing service desk. Our client specialises in providing excellent customer service and provides efficient and highly knowledgeable IT support to its customers.
Due to the rapidly growing nature of the business, there are countless different routes for progression unlike no other MSP in the South West. Staff development has become a pillar on which the company was built and there are regular opportunities to go on course and gain new certifications.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Cloud Experience (AWS or Azure)
- Office 365
- Desktop and server experience
- Active Directory
- Laptop and Desktop Builds
- VMWare
- Windows Server

2nd Line IT Support Engineer | Bristol | Up to £32,000
Responsibilities:
- On a day to day basis you will be required to mentor and support 1st line staff, helping to upskill and improve their technical knowledge and ability.
- Solve technical issues escalated by the 1st line, providing excellent customer service and working quickly and efficiently. If necessary you would escalate more complex issues to the 3rd line team.
- Maintain and support Microsoft Server/Desktops and Cloud environments.
- Occasionally travel to client sites and provide in person support when required
