QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

- You will either be an undergraduate, in you final year of study, or a graduate student
- You will have a strong academic track record and must be studying for / or achieved a degree in accounting, economics and or finance
- You will have an understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications
- Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and fluent English (additional language skills are also advantageous).
- You will have a demonstrated interest in Financial Restructuring
- Previous internship experience within investment banking and / or related fields
- International experience is also desirable, but not essential
- You must be motivated and have the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing, demanding, but ultimately rewarding environment

Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training. Throughout your internship, you will get similar levels of exposure as a first-year analyst, working on transactions that provide exposure to various financial advisory products and industries, including creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed mergers & acquisitions. Furthermore you will gain experience in financial modelling, valuation analyses, and work as part of a project team.
