340B Sr. National Account Executive, National Supply & Care Delivery Team

The 340B Sr. National Account Executive ensures compliance and appropriate discount extension under the 340B Program. They collaborate with customers, address non-compliance, and recover ineligible discounts. Success requires teamwork, efficiency, and maintaining relationships with internal teams. They also collaborate to influence stakeholders and support operational aspects of the 340B Program to maintain Genentech’s industry leadership.
Location: Candidates can live anywhere within the continental United States.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• You will have strong business acumen and commercial insight developed through a combination of industry experience, MBA or similar postgraduate degree preferred (a minimum of 10 years of experience)
• You will have previous 340B hospital pharmacy, inventory, and operations experience; 340B hospital sales experience; 340B contract pharmacy management; or 340B Account Management experience at life sciences company required
• You will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar position
• You will have demonstrated ability to perform, interpret, and then present complex analyses to a customer
