Description:

Nick Scali has been a nationally recognised household name for over 60 years. Acquiring Plush Sofas at the end of 2021, we now boast over 110 showrooms across Australia and New Zealand. As leaders in luxury furniture design, we continue to expand and evolve, aiming to maintain our market leader status through innovation and quality.
We are seeking a talented 3D Artist & Render Manager to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and consistency of rendered images, 3D objects, and texture files, enhancing the visual appeal of our product listings, and ultimately driving sales through captivating imagery across tens of thousands of assets.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at our North Ryde Head Office, working from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Parking is provided on-site, and we offer a competitive Salary + Super, with an immediate start available.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a consistent visual style across all product images, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
  • Ensure the quality of rendered images, identifying and rectifying any imperfections or discrepancies against supplier images and videos, or by viewing the product in real life.
  • Collaborate closely with the buying/product team and marketing to understand project requirements and deliver images that meet business objectives.
  • Manage large workflows/pipelines to ensure scalability in both rendering capacity and workflow, particularly during peak times.
  • Manage off-shore render teams to ensure scalability at key points of the year.
  • Organise and maintain a comprehensive library of rendered images on our Digital Asset Management platform for easy access and retrieval for website updates and marketing materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in rendered imagery, implementing innovative techniques to enhance the visual impact of product listings.
