3D Interior Designer

The Role

• Develop and create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for interior design projects. • Collaborate with the sales team to conceptualize and realize design ideas through compelling visual presentations. • Transform 2D sketches, CAD drawings, and design concepts into photorealistic 3D models. • Produce detailed landscape drawings and site plans using industry-standard software. • Ensure visual consistency and alignment with project objectives and client expectations. • Work closely with Sales team, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver design solutions on time and within budget. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve visualization techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in the UAE as a Graphic Designer or 3D Visualizer. • Proven experience in creating detailed and accurate landscape & Interior drawings. • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools. • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Solid understanding of interior and landscape design principles. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
