We need more people who are excited about bringing play and fitness solutions to the community, so we have started our search for a new 3D Visualization Specialist in the Geebung/Brisbane area.

In the role of 3D Visualization Specialist, you will be responsible for developing photo-realistic images accompanied by technical supporting documents and presentations built to impress any client. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key to keeping every project on track and completed on time.
In a fast-moving industry, consistent training and upskilling is required to stay at the forefront of the industry. You will be an active part of the Kompan Australia culture and assist colleagues with general administrative tasks and graphic content.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will include:

• Reading design briefs, and self-managing a diverse range of projects at different levels of complexity and within tight deadlines to assist the sales process
• Taking creative direction and constructive feedback and adjusting projects accordingly
• Communicating with Sales Partners, internal colleagues, and all other Kompan associates
• Adhering to appropriate legal and company-wide standards and keep informed with new products, updates, and information from Kompan Internal
• Drafting 2D Layouts with considerations for budget, age group, tender specification, functionality, accessibility, site restriction, location, and in accordance with requirements
• Innovating exciting high-quality photo-realistic 3D visuals that highlight the essential aspects of the product, the site and the environment
• Designing aesthetically pleasing, interesting, and informative presentations that follow company branding and emphasize key selling points
• Creating and managing valuable visualization assets such as environments, houses, forests, scripts, and more to assist all team members and advance overall department output quality
• Complying with Quality Assurance procedures to ensure consistency and transparency
