BELOW ARE THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS THAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• The right to work in Singapore WITHOUT visa sponsorship
• 3+ years of experience as a 3D Artist.
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, Multimedia design, or related field
• Experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects is preferred.
• Ability to understand interior and architectural design specifications.
• Be a team player, willing to take instructions from senior management and responsibility for the work.
• Be passionate about the industry and have a keen interest in the latest relevant technology trends.
• Creativity is a must. Understanding proportion, composition, lighting principles and an eye for detail is key. Any hobbies to support this is beneficial.
• Good communication skills.

COMPULSORY SOFTWARE SKILLS:

• Autodesk 3DS Max
• Chaos Corona
• Chaos Vray
• SketchUp
• AutoCad
• Adobe Photoshop

Other software skills (preferred but not compulsory)

• Epic Games Unreal Engine
• Nvidia Omniverse
• Blender
• Knowledge of AI image creation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Prome Ai, etc.
• iToo Forest Pack
• Adobe Suite Apps such as Substance Sampler & 3D Modeler, After Effects, InDesign, Lightroom
• Autodesk Revit

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are looking for a Junior/Mid-weight 3D Visualizer to join our team in Singapore as we look to expand the visualization team and broaden our scope of digital content. You will work closely with our Senior Visualizer while reporting to our Digital Design Director who is also based in Singapore. You will also be expected to collaborate with our design teams in the Hong Kong and London offices when a project requires.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visualizations and animated content for our architectural and interior design projects, helping our creative design teams to bring their concepts to life and help towards innovation and production of digital content. Although it is not a prerequisite, it will be a big bonus if you have experience in interior or architectural design and an understanding of real time render platforms like Unreal or Omniverse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the design teams in our global offices, including Interior, Architecture and FF&E designers, to create high-quality 3D imagery, animations and digital content.
• Assist the Visualization team in Singapore as well as independently taking on projects and provide input and ideas during the process.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure deadlines are met to a high standard.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements, helping the team to find new and innovative ways to improve quality and efficiencies through new technology.
