Responsibilities:
As a 3IC you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a unique and memorable JD shopping experience. You will also be responsible for inspiring and leading your team on the shop floor through coaching, mentoring and leading from the front.
The 3IC is responsible for contributing to the store’s success, through driving the team to hit all key financial KPIs. This can only be achieved through a customer centric, commercial and ‘people first’ mindset.
You are responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive all key financial KPI’s and deliver growth on budget
- Utilise company reporting to identify trade opportunities and implement action plans
- Assist the instore Visual Merchandise team to complete weekly VM direction
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to execute sale launches
- Recruit, Induct and develop team members to build bench strength for future expansion
- Uphold company retail standards and deliver visual excellence
- Manage customer experience standards in store through effective floor supervision
- Work with BOH team to deliver shopfloor product availability and operational excellence
