About the Role: We are currently seeking a 3PL Customer Service Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of their 3PL customer service operations.

Duties include:

  • Managing, supporting and coaching a team of 3 customer service representatives.
  • Customer relationship management including reporting
  • New customer implementation
  • Process optimisation, driving continuous improvement.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
  • Compliance and quality assurance
  • Ensure all customers are invoiced as per agreed rates

Skills & attributes:

  • Sound experience in 3PL customer service supervisory or management
  • System savvy with WMS and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication
