Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage day-to-day delivery operations to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate reminder pickups with 3PL providers.
- Generate undelivery reports for users.
- Analyze discrepancies in shipping fees with 3PL providers.
- Monitor claim submissions to 3PL providers.
- Oversee claim disbursement to users.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Customer Service team to resolve user issues.
- Support Supervisor with additional assigned duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major (relevant field preferred).
Strong communication skills are essential.
- Basic proficiency in English is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Experience in logistics is considered advantageous.
