Description:

Join our team as a 3rd Engineer (3/E) on an Offshore Seismic/Research Vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of all machinery and equipment on board
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs under the supervision of the Chief Engineer
  • Monitor and control the engine room operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Participate in emergency drills and response activities

Requirements:

  • Valid STCW III/1 Engineer Officer of the Watch (OOW) license
  • Previous experience as a 3rd Engineer on offshore vessels preferred
  • Good understanding of engine room systems and equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
