Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The role focuses around 3 core areas. Escalations. Maintenance. Research and Development Training. You’ll be helping to deliver resolutions to complex tickets raised to you from 2nd Line, with the aim of settling complex issues whilst dealing directly with clients. Another key responsibility will be researching new technologies and processes in order to help automate and streamline systems in order to deliver a consistent levels of service. Upskilling and personal development will also be a key feature. You’ll be given an annual training budget to help improve your skills and pick up any certifications you may be gunning for!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure and maintain servers
- Monitor the network and resolve any issues
- Audit and patch sore systems
- Mentor more junior members of the team
- Develop documentation
- Research and implement new products and services
