MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Help forecast devices and associated items to ensure adequate stocks of pumps, sets and device equipment are available. Model pump usage, attrition, & end of life volumes to accurately assess demand for new pump purchases (RCEs)
- Proactively review new enteral feed solutions
- Identify supply chain opportunities for the third-party feed product portfolio, working closely with Hospital2Home (H2H) and H2H Pharmacy
- Manage the device related tender responses, including associated third-party ancillaries, liaising with internal stake holders as required.
- Participate and/or contribute to the preparation of contract pitch presentations
- Proactively engage with Healthcare Services and Contract Manager peers to drive profitable existing contract awards and win target accounts, including profit acceleration through internal efficiencies.
- Work to ensure all-3rd party suppliers are contacted and regular reviews of KPIs
- Working with Procurement to get a standard contract template in place for 3rd party suppliers to get them easily reviewed and onboarding of new suppliers through a robust and seamless manner
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Educated to degree level, or degree calibre
- Previous commercial experience is desirable, ideally with a record of accomplishment of managing and/or working with healthcare professionals and medical devices and 3rd party contracts.
Responsibilities:
As the 3rd Party Contract specialist, you will manage the existing and future-required pump base (and associated equipment) with 3rd parties.
You will lead and drive Head Office/field based teams and NHS (National Health Service) personnel to develop and implement action plans to ensure appropriate management of devices at the point of contract implementation and ongoing during contract duration.
