Description:

SUMMARY

Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, administration and budgeting of one or more of the following human resource functions: employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, organizational development, training, affirmative action, HRIS, and health and safety programs. Advises company management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions. Senior manager and above typically manage multiple functions in Human Resources.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in HR management.
  • Ind-depth understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor standards,
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. A master’s degree is a plus.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $165,000

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Payroll Manager to develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and correct processing of employee payments.
  • Lead and manage the HR Team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and continuous development.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action.
  • Provides project/process expertise and/or manages the coordination of the activities of a section or department through subordinate supervisors or managers.
  • Interprets, executes, and recommends changes to company policies.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure HR/Payroll Programs and policies remain current and compliant.
