Consumer, Food & Retail Group

Scope
We are looking for interns, who are available for a 6-month, full-time internship, starting in Spring/Summer 2024. This internship is an excellent opportunity to work alongside investment bankers in a stimulating environment on various M&A advisory assignments for clients in various industries.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training. Throughout your internship you will get similar levels of exposure as a first-year analyst, assisting in the preparation of materials for clients and conducting market, industry, and company analyses. Furthermore, you will gain experience in financial modelling, valuation analyses and supporting the due diligence processes.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Must have completed a minimum of four semesters of relevant studies (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Business Administration) at bachelor’s degree level
  • Some exposure to the financial services industry, either via relevant internships, academic coursework, or demonstratable industry knowledge
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • An understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications
  • Strong financial and computer skills
  • Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
