A-grade Electrician

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

• Be a qualified A-Grade Licensed Electrician
• Read plans, drawings and technical diagrams
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
• Inspect electrical components such as drivers, relays, RCBO’s etc.
• Fault finding using a variety of testing devices
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
• Follow electrical and building regulations based on AS3000 and SIRs
• Direct and train workers/apprentices to install, maintain, or service electrical work
• Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and electrical safety
• Looking forward to future tasks, needs, and hazards to meet schedules and programs
• Uphold OH&S Standards to protect yourself and others
• Complete required project documentation such as CES, As Builts and Schedules
• Maintain and submit timely records ie timesheets and job reports
• Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts
• Maintain a tidy work space including site, job boxes and vans
• Ability to implement self growth and education
• Willing to work overtime

COMPANY REQUIREMENTS:

• Police Clearance Certificate
• Unrestricted drivers’ license
• Covid Vaccination Certificate
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Maintain a high standard of positive communication with clients.
• Professional presentation, punctuality & reliability.
