About the companyAs one of the largest employers in the NT, our client who supply the electricity generation and retail services across the region are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional working to join their after hours contact centre located at East Arm.OverviewJoin our team based at System Control in East Arm as an Afterhours Customer Service Officer, working 22.5 hours per week on a 4-day rotating roster. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support during the after-hours period from 4 pm to 10 pm.This role entails addressing inquiries related to billing, connections, accounts, and general queries via email, phone, and webchat.Additionally, you will be engaged in some administrative tasks.
