JOB OBJECTIVES
Airbus Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled A400M MRO Maintenance Technician B1/B2 to join our team. The jobholder is accountable for the A400M MRO Technician B1/B2 (m/f) activities. Upon completion of A400M aircraft type and assimilation training in Seville - Spain (if needed), working as part of the Airbus Support Centre will include the performance and certification of these tasks, including supervision and certification of unlicensed mechanics tasks. This service will take place at the Main Operating Base of Indonesian Air Force (IAF). This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities. The jobholder is based at the ASC at Jakarta (Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base). The post reports to the HO IND ASC.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENT
- EASA Part 66 license
- Desirable military background and PERAM 145 license
- Experience in MRO on a modern digital aircraft: A380, A350 etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Bahasa Indonesia; Native, negotiation level
- English advanced level.
- Spanish advanced level will be a plus

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for performing and certification of both scheduled and unscheduled tasks previously agreed with the customer by Customer Services.
- SB coming from modifications not performed at FAL or appearing after the delivery of the A/C, and from support asked by the Customer for different kind of repairs or maintenance tasks.
- May be required to manage small groups of non-licensed mechanics in the performance of maintenance activities.
- Be involved in the setting up of working processes and practices. Be involved in all aspects of technical support of a new advanced military transport aircraft.
