Responsibilities:
The SWSLHD Drug Health Services (DHS) Aboriginal Drug &Alcohol Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, planning, development and implementation of drug and alcohol services, partnerships and projects.
The Program Coordinator will work in partnership with DHS, the SWSLHD Aboriginal Health Unit and other Aboriginal and health services to improve the health and to reduce the drug and alcohol related harm for Aboriginal people with substance use issues in SWSLHD. They will support DHS Aboriginal Health Workers.
