    Our clients are committed to empowering Aboriginal communities in NSW. Through strategic planning and infrastructure upgrades, the Program aims to remove barriers to subdivision and ensure equitable access to essential services.
    Position: We are currently seeking dedicated Program Coordinators to support a crucial Program. This role involves collaborating closely with vital First Nations Councils and other key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve program objectives.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in project management/coordination/administration, preferably in the public/social housing sector.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Sensitivity to and understanding of Aboriginal culture and community governance structures.
  • Ability to travel extensively within NSW and hold a current NSW Driver’s License.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer housing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Maintain project documentation, track timelines, and budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Support procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Assist in project proposal and report preparation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Manage events, create promotional materials, and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement community education and awareness programs, including forums, focus groups, and information sessions.
  • Monitor external developments and stakeholder perspectives to inform program strategies.
  • Coordinate workshops to support the planning and development of the program.
