This role will support the Talent Development Technical Lead in administrative and ad hoc matters relating to New Hires and Tenured Staff Training. Aside from this, the Talent Development Technical Staff (Senior Analyst) will also focus on facilitating certain technical training, ensuring completion of training requirements, and assisting Talent Development Technical Lead in identifying training needs and execution of strategies and plans of the assigned LoS.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in facilitating a training
  • Experience in handling training logistics and administrative matters
  • Process oriented, able to communicate effectively and openly (written and verbal) and comfortable working and communicating with team members of all levels and tenure
  • Good project management including handling various administrative and ad hoc assignments
  • Ability to contribute to process improvement in relation to training process and programs
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Google tools & applications

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Applicable experience in designing and roll out of training modules
  • Knowledge in various training tools
  • Audit experience and audit theory methodologies of various industries
  • US Tax and GAAP Tools
  • CPA or equivalent certifications

OTHER CAPABILITIES:

  • Good analytical skills and detailed oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with multiple levels of management in the delivery teams
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

Role of this staff will be focused on:

  • Monitoring, processing and maintenance of Training Request Forms
  • Facilitates selected technical training
  • Ensuring that all training requirements are completed
  • Preparation of training gap analysis (additional services for clearance, transfers of LOS, rehires and conversion from Processors to FTE)
  • Roll out, checking, monitoring and follow-up of training simulation and prerequisites (if any) we can remove from admin team
  • Checking and sending training clearances
  • Update of L&D Tracker
  • Talent Development reports preparation and review
  • Administrative support for tasks related to maintenance of training materials in Team Drive
  • Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by Talent Development Managers and Supervisors
