JOB ADVERT SUMMARY
Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of a Academic Content Writer Human Resources based at any one of our campuses.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qaulification:
- A relevant Honours degree in Human Resources or Masters.PHD will be advantageous.
Experience:
- At least three years’ experience of lecturing and / or developing study materials for Higher Education. Publishing of academic journals will be advantageous
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- To develop course material, including module guides, study manuals, video content and assessments and ingest on the Learning Management System on an ongoing basis for Eduvos
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the delivery of learning materials to a faculty / accountable and responsible for end-to-end content & assessment development needs
- Budget management
- Planning
- Planning and executing all development deliverables offerings for the academic year
- Work with leads to balance and equalise distribution of workloads content writer coordinators and content writers
- Monitoring, control, corrective action
- Monitor development progress and set deadlines for all development deliverables
- Ensure quality assurance for all development deliverables
- Reporting – regular feedback as per leader’s requirements
- Escalations / Decisions / Problem solving - Case Management ticket resolution where required
- Resourcing and capacity management (people; equipment) - Identifying the specialized needs per qualification on offer: software and hardware where applicable
