Junior School in Munich is searching for Academic Coordinator for our summer program. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining management experience while working in an international and academic company.

Working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students.
You would have the responsibility for the academic aspect of this experience in one of our schools and be integral in shaping the customer experience.
Support a professional academic team of teachers to use award-nominated materials to deliver the EF academic program to classroom groups of up to 17 language students. You will help teachers plan lessons that create an inspiring safe and supportive classroom environment, where building their students’ confidence in using language is your primary concern.
Throughout the season you will be observing, giving feedback and growing your teaching team to new heights. Next to the delivery of the classes, you are responsible for tracking attendance and running teacher meetings.

The ideal Academic Coordinator:

• Must be a team player
• Should have managerial/supervisory experience
• Is able to work well under pressure
• has pedagogic and didactic background
• Is hands-on and have great attention to detail
• Is legally able to work in this country
• Speaks at least C2 German
