MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA MAHI | ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Academic Services Advisor you will be part of a team that provides academic programme administration services to our stakeholders both internal and external. This role is responsible for the effective and efficient management of Curriculum set up, Resulting/Awards, Timetabling and Reporting.
The appointing salary for this role will be between $53.000 and $62.000, dependent on skills and experience.
The Academic Services Advisor role is based in our Toi Ohomai | Te Pūkenga, Windemere campus reporting to the Academic Services and Data Centre Team Leader and will be responsible for:
- Effective, efficient management of all programme Curriculum, Awards and Timetabling
- Keeping up to date with various internal and external compliance and performance requirements, to ensure quality advice and processing
- Working with a number of different parties to produce quality plans, solutions and positive overall results for the organisation
