Job Profile Name : Technology Project Manager / Technology Consultant
Basic Qualifications : Fluent in English - written and spoken
Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Years of Experience :

  • 4-8 years of project delivery or PMO experience (PMO Mobilization, Governance, PMO Strategy, Schedule mgmt., RAID mgmt., financial mgmt., status/executive leadership deck creation) in technical delivery projects or business transformation utilizing waterfall or agile frameworks.
  • At least 12 months of prior consulting experience (i.e., Big4 experience preferred)

Sector: Both are a plus:

  • Retail sector knowledge (merchandising, customer experience/engagement, sales channel enablement, pricing and promotions, etc)
  • Distribution industry experience (logistics, supply chain management, and the overall distribution network within the retail industry)

Preferred Qualifications :
Strong Knowledge in PM methodologies and understanding of capability leading tools such as Jira, MS project, other MS office software. Experience with Smart Sheets, Service Now Portfolio Mgmt and/or other resource planning tools also a plus (Planview, Clarity, etc).

Certification(s) highest preference:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Scaled Agile SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
  • Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and/or SAFe Agile 6.0
  • PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)

Responsibilities :

  1. Project Planning, Design and Execution:
  • End-to-End portfolio, program or project design through execution experience
  • Design program management structure and assist in operationalizing PMO strategy
  • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge in industry-standard project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., waterfall, agile, lean, etc.).
  • Demonstrate ability to support all phases of project delivery (mobilization, design, build, and transition/close).
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
  • Support the identification, management, resolution, and mitigation of key risks and issues impacting project delivery, develop mitigation plans and conduct risk analyses.
  • Manage project financials (managing project budgets, analyzing budget vs. forecast, understanding capital expense vs. operating expense)
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects at a time; concurrent oversight and ability to prioritize.

  • Strategic storytelling and executive presence; ability to craft executive level materials
