(Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home) The duties of this role may require the post holder to be flexible with their working days/hours, occasionally additional office days will be required in busier periods.

Responsibilities:
The APSS Officer (Success) is a key role in the Access, Participation and Student Success team, particularly focusing on the Student Success stage of the student lifecycle. The purpose of the role is to organise and deliver a range of high quality activities designed to encourage the continuation, progression and success of students from underrepresented backgrounds through their time at SOAS. You will report to the APSS Manager (Success) and work closely with the Student Ambassador Officer and APSS Officer focused on Success, as part of the broader Access, Participation and Student Success team.
