Role
Individual will be accountable and responsible for:
1. Process simple AH claims (including PRUSafe products by Pulse)
2. Data entry of claims data into the system
3. Attend to simple AH email queries
4. Support claims registration (if required)
5. Bills authentication with Medical institutions
6. Clinical search
7. Administrative support related to claims adjudication
Requirement
1. Individuals with insurance knowledge or experience would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate, evaluate and reach an appropriate decision
3. Customer-centric with ability to work under pressure
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently
5. Team player
