Job Summary: The Accident Repair Centre Site Manager is responsible for the overall management and efficient operation of the bodyshop. This role involves overseeing staff, coordinating repair processes, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive repair industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of accident repair processes and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Autoflow and Audatex desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the accident repair centre.
  • Oversee the workflow to ensure timely and efficient completion of vehicle repairs.
  • Utilise ADW standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians, CSA, Parts and Estimator.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed industry and company quality standards.
  • Follow quality control measures to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with technicians to provide training and guidance on quality expectations.
  • Customer Service:
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor and manage the budget for the repair centre.
  • Control costs, minimize waste, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Work towards achieving financial targets and profitability goals.
  • Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections.
  • Investigate and address any safety concerns or incidents.
  • Vendor and Supplier Relations:
  • Foster relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Facility Maintenance:
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the repair centre.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities as needed.
