Description:

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in similar role with expertise in SIL/SDA operations and NDIS environment.
  • Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Nursing, or relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in people leadership and performance management.
  • Prior experience supporting complex care participants with mental health issues.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Professional and responsive communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience using Flowlogic CRM software (desirable)
  • Experience participating in restrictive practice panel reviews, and understanding of behaviour support and restrictive practice rules (desirable).

To work with Sublime Care, you are required to provide evidence of the following:

  • Australian Working Rights
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Driver Licence, and
  • COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum two doses).

Managing a portfolio of SIL properties, you will be an engaging and positive people person who is passionate about empowering our amazing staff to provide the best supports and experiences for our participants. You will actively engage families and stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page, putting our participants at the centre of their supports and receiving quality services.

  • Support and mentor Team Leaders for efficient daily property operations.
  • Manage staff performance and promote positive team culture.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement across accommodation services.
  • Ensure person-centred participant services aligned with mandatory compliances.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage incident reporting, feedback, complaints, and conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and quality framework.
  • Develop protocols as needed and comply with relevant policies.
  • Manage Work Health & Safety requirements for designated properties.
  • Participate in rotating roster of on-call responsibilities.
  • Travel to Western Sydney on a regular basis
