QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role.
- Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations in a hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of housekeeping attendants, providing ongoing training and development.
- Conduct thorough room inspections to guarantee cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Manage room assignments, ensuring timely turnaround between departures and arrivals.
- Address guest queries and concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports on housekeeping activities.
- Liaise effectively with other departments, such as reception and maintenance.
- Inventory and manage housekeeping supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of health and safety within the department.
