JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Account cum Admin Assistant at our business consultancy firm, you will provide critical support in financial and administrative tasks. This role demands a professional capable of managing financial records, assisting with audits and tax preparations, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate our consultancy services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational Background: Minimum of an deploma or ITE in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a consultancy or professional services firm.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Key Competencies: Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Financial Support: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for client consulting projects.Manage accounts payable and receivable for consultancy fees and services.Support in tax preparation and filing for clients, including computations and submissions.Help with financial data analysis and reporting as needed for client consultations.
- Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and arrange meetings for staff and client consultations.Prepare and maintain client agreements, proposals, and other necessary documentation.Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations and reports for client meetings.Coordinate communication and follow-ups with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Audit and Compliance Support: Support the preparation for audits and liaising with auditors, focusing on client accounts and compliance issues.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements that affect clients and advise accordingly.
- Client Interaction and Support: Handle client inquiries and provide administrative support to enhance the client consultation process.Maintain professional relationships with clients to improve client satisfaction and retention.
