RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY

  • To filling all document
  • To checking all purchase invoice and key-in to account system
  • To issue debit note & credit note
  • To make payment by issue cheque and online banking.
  • To acknowledge all supplier and vendor after make payment
  • To key-in payment received by customer
  • Computation and issued expenses claim.
  • To create and update all customers &suppliers information in system
  • Data entry
  • To prepare Bank reconciliation
  • 5’S Activity
  • To follow instruction from time to time as needed
