RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY
- To filling all document
- To checking all purchase invoice and key-in to account system
- To issue debit note & credit note
- To make payment by issue cheque and online banking.
- To acknowledge all supplier and vendor after make payment
- To key-in payment received by customer
- Computation and issued expenses claim.
- To create and update all customers &suppliers information in system
- Data entry
- To prepare Bank reconciliation
- 5’S Activity
- To follow instruction from time to time as needed
