  • Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous
  • Insurance Licenses required - Property and Casualty / Life and Health
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed.

  • Consultative Selling: Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their insurance coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new insurance and financial services business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement
