About the role
- As a CBRE Account Communications & Administrative Support, you will consult with the internal account Senior Leadership Team and client customers to build written and visual communication plans! This job is part of the Communications job function. This person will be developing communications that are related to organizational initiatives, portfolio updates, account strategy, and tracking performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Draft and edit internal and external communication including presentations, Partner Business Reviews, dashboards, memos, etc. Provide cross-disciplinary project initiative status and provide creative and content management support for RFP responses and other presentations needed by SLT. Other duties include:
- Build advanced content for distribution to CBRE and client leadership.
- Manage and track client databases and actions required to align with the client, and any other client enforced partner requirements to do business.
- Conduct background research and content development for account correspondence and presentations.
- Receive and review confidential information and develop executive messaging.
- Assist management with advanced administrative needs.
- Collaborate with management and communication teams to understand project outcomes and needs.
- Help with complex projects and Data Analysis strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, and standard processes within the communications space.
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and address routine problems.
- Have a broad understanding of your own job subject area and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite / Google Suite
