Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Client Manager, you will join our established team who work hard, have fun and enjoy a flexible working environment. Day-to-Day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team in briefing campaigns to achieve client objectives
- Provide compliance reporting escalating issues for resolution
- Complete post campaign reporting with insights and recommendations
- Be the internal point of contact for campaign delivery
- Support the team with data input, task creation, campaign analysis, quality assurance and establish methods of best practice
As a junior level role, you will ideally present with 12-18 months of administration experience within an office environment.
- Demonstrated experience working in a client facing, administrative role
- Previous experience working within a retail environment
- You have the ability to multi-task, with excellent communication skills
- You will have excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills and enjoy attention to detail
- Reliable, with ability to complete work to high standard
- Intermediate MS office, particularly Excel skills are essentia
