HOBAN is proud to partner with our esteemed client for the full-time permanent role of an Account Coordinator/Executive.

We are taking applications for their next customer service and administration leader, in the full-time role of an Account Coordinator, who will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional communication between clients’, customers, and their internal and valued team members. With stakeholders, always at front of mind.

You will:
- Be a trusted point of contact for customers, internal and external. Responding promptly to queries from multiple channels.
- Spend time, communicating with customers and clients over the telephone, face to face and via multiple channels.
- Support current projects, live and upcoming, updating relevant team members on current project status and address and support any concerns with a solution.
- Work with existing Account Managers and Executive Team members daily to deliver exceptional customer service and administration duties as needed to drive sales, brand representation, and expand on relationships.
- Record management and data entry, on an established software system.
- Collaborate with your colleagues regularly working towards a common goal.
- Problem solving, working with your colleagues to address any issues, and sharing knowledge.
- Provide a high level of customer service!
Skills required:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Organisational skills, multi-tasking across different projects
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer focussed environment.
- Experience working on projects and with accounts, advantageous!
