Job Description
As an Account Coordinator, Social and Digital you will be working as part of an account team that develops and delivers strategic, creative client programs. Your job is to help tell the client’s story on social and digital channels and relentlessly pursue the best success, with a focus on executing social-first programs and developing client relationships. An essential ingredient of your success is the ability to partner and collaborate with a number of internal and external stakeholders.
We’re looking for a passionate team player with very strong creative, strategic thinking and organizational abilities. An analytical thinker who can help execute cross-channel social media strategies for our clients. Strong writing skills are a plus.
Ideally, this candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with social media communication functions to meet objectives, including content posting/publishing, community management and creative social thinking for a variety of client brands
  • Assisting with events and meetings
  • Assisting with social media content calendar development
  • Writing compelling, concise error-free social media copy, emails and other communications
  • Scheduling and publishing social media content and copy
  • Ability to handle several campaigns and day-to-day for multiple social clients and accounts
  • Community management skills, including engagement and commenting based on brand tone and guidelines
  • Supporting creative development for social and digital channels, sometimes working alongside our in-house creative production team
  • Use various platform and tools for campaign reporting
  • Sharing ideas and brainstorming
  • Using social listening and research tools to analyze and contribute to research reports
  • Providing timely feedback to management on progress against goals
